Btw, I’m just the previous anon (the one that follows your other blog). I know this might sound a bit silly but it has really helped me recover so I thought it might help you as well. You could maybe try to meditate and use affirmations. It’s kind of hard to get used to meditation at first. I started doing a 21 day plan at www(.)chopracentermeditation(.)com. For the afirmations there’s a book called Heart Thoughts by Louise L Hay.When I’m not feeling great I read a few passages from the book. To get started with affirmations I used this e-ndorphins(.)tumblr(.)com/post/23851811145/getting-started-with-affirmations and this gettingtozen(.)com/2010/08/100-affirmations-to-help-you-take-control-of-your-life-part-1/. There’s also another book called You Can Heal Your Life, which might also be helpful. All the best and I hope that helped :)
Awww wow lovely that is so incredibly sweet of you to say that literally made my night! Thank you! Oh I just want to hug you right now, you are seriously an amazing person in so many ways! I bet you are drop dead gorgeous and you have the most beautiful personality! Thank you so much in regards to the meditation and affirmations, I read affirmations from Miranda Kerr’s book Treasure yourself and there is actually a few by Louise L Hay. I will have to get it asap :) You helped a lot lovely and thank you so so much again! I hope all is well with you, you are incredible!
